Regarding the use of group therapy
1. The Provider
The Provider is Cinkostárs Limited Liability Company (abbreviated company name: Cinkostárs Ltd., headquarters: 1113 Budapest, Hamzsabégi út 60., E. building 2. staircase, 2nd floor, Door 190, company registration number: 01-09-416272, tax number: 32288876-2-43, statistical number: 32288876-6312-113-01, represented by: Attila Varga managing director, customer service phone number: +36-30-561-6852, central email address: cinkostarskft@gmail.com, hereinafter: Provider), who is the exclusive owner and operator of the www.tabukvillaja.hu website, whose main goal is to assist clients in selecting the most suitable psychologist and establishing and maintaining contact with them through the operation of a Psychological Center created by it.
2. The Client
The Client (hereinafter: Client) is the individual who wishes to use the service written in point 4. If the Client is of limited legal capacity or legally incapacitated, the service written in this participation rules can only be availed with the written consent/participation of their legal representative, guardian, or conservator.
3. The Psychologist
The Psychologist (hereinafter: Psychologist) is an entrepreneur in business relation with the Provider, who performs psychological activities as a certified psychologist either as a member or employee in their business, and is authorized to conduct group therapy as announced by the Provider and provide the service.
4. The Service
4.1. The Provider created a subpage on the www.tabukvillaja.hu website with the name 'Group Therapies', which offers group therapy opportunities to Clients. The Provider's task is to organize the execution of these group therapy services through this website. As part of this activity, the Provider announces group therapy series (hereinafter: series) on the above-mentioned internet platform and guarantees the execution of these series given a sufficient number of participants.
4.2. The Provider organizes the series with regard to the following principles:
The given, announced series:
can be in a closed format (i.e., during the duration of the therapy, new participants cannot join, it is recommended for participants to attend all sessions, and the number of participants is maximized at the announced level)
always starts at a given time,
the number of sessions is determined (e.g., 10 sessions),
the start time of each session is defined,
is built around a given topic,
is hosted and led by one or two psychologists,
the number of participants is more than one person,
can be held online or in person (mixed groups will not be formed),
can be in an open format (i.e., during the duration of the therapy, participants can leave, or new participants can enter)
always starts at a given time,

4.3. With regard to the principles in point 4.2., the Provider will publish the current series on the website written in point 4.1. with the associated service fee at least 30 days prior to the start of the current series, as per the prior agreement with the psychologist.
5. Conditions for participation in each series
5.1. If the Client wishes to participate in a given series, they can do so by registering within the deadline open for registration for the given series (hereinafter: registration). Registration takes place on the Provider's website written in point 4.1. During registration, the Provider – depending on the nature of the therapy and the number of clients – collects the following data:
in case of one applicant: Client's name, phone number, email address, billing name and address of the cost bearer;
in case of group therapy for couples: name, phone number, email address of both Clients, billing name and address of one cost bearer;
in case of legally incapacitated or limited-capacity applicant: name, email address, and phone number of Client (if provided), name, phone number, email address of Client's legal representative, billing name and address of the cost bearer.
5.2. Following registration for the given series, the Provider confirms the Client's application via email. The confirmation contains the following:
details of the chosen series: type of group therapy, dates of group sessions, personal data of the Client,
data of the psychologist(s) leading the group therapy,
exact location of group therapy sessions,
short summary of the group therapy,
payment information,
useful information (arrival, parking, etc.),
The site’s Code of Conduct,
the option to subscribe to the Provider's Newsletter.
5.3. During registration, the Client is obligated to pay the series service fee, which can be done in two forms:
the Client pays the full service fee for the series during registration via card payment on the payment platform redirected from the Provider's website, or
the Client pays the series fee in advance every 2 weeks/month[1] via card payment to the Provider.
By accepting this participation rule, the Client agrees that choosing the payment method described in point b), the Provider will charge their account/card with the service fee for the first session at the time of registration, and subsequently every 2 weeks/month for the following sessions depending on the type of group therapy.
5.4. The Provider reserves the right to grant discounts on the series fees for Clients under proper conditions for each series announcement.
5.5. If a sufficient number of Clients apply for the given series, the Provider is entitled to block further applications for the series on the website written in point 4.1.
5.6. If a sufficient number of Clients do not apply for the given series within the specified deadline, the transmission will remove the given series published on the website written in point 4.1. from the website and also notify Clients who have already applied for this series in writing; concurrently, it refunds the service fees previously paid by these clients.
6. Rights and obligations of the Parties
6.1. The Client undertakes to pay the service fee for the use of the service to the Provider. The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the Provider due to the failure to pay the service fee.
6.2. If the Client has any complaint, observation related to the holding of the given series, they are entitled to signal this to the Provider either in writing or by phone. The Provider is obligated to investigate the given complaint, observation within 30 days and – if the complaint/observation is justified – take the necessary steps in favor of the Client.
6.3. The Psychologist is obligated to hold the determined sessions of the given series. In case of illness or other compelling reason, the Psychologist is entitled to postpone the next session of the series to another time, and is obliged to notify both the Provider and the participating Clients in writing at least 24 hours in advance of the postponed session.
6.4. If any session of the series is not held due to other reasons specified in point 6.3. falling within the interests of the Psychologist, the Psychologist must bear the material consequences. In this case, the Psychologist is obligated to settle the appropriate portion of the fee for the missed session to the participating Clients, if requested by the Client. The Provider excludes liability for damages in this case.
6.5. If the Client misses or cancels any session of the series, they are not entitled to a refund of the service fee for the given session. If the Client cannot attend sessions due to illness for at least 30% of the series duration, they are entitled to a refund of 50% of the service fees paid by them upon presentation of a medical certificate.
6.6. If the sessions of the series are held at a location provided by the Provider, the Client is obliged to comply with the Provider's Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct can be viewed on the bulletin board at the location provided by the Provider.
6.7. The Provider excludes its liability for the malfunction of its website indicated in point 4.1. for reasons beyond its control, during which the website is not or is limitedly usable, but will promptly take all measures at its disposal to identify and eliminate the cause of the error as soon as possible.
6.8. The Provider does not assume liability for damages arising from the inadequacies, mistakes of the data provided by the Client in point 5.1. (e.g., name error, address error, incorrect or non-existent data provided).
6.9. The Provider hereby informs the Client that it qualifies as a joint data controller with the Psychologist regarding the personal data provided, based on Article 26 (1) of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ('GDPR'). The Provider states that the Client's personal data is stored exclusively within its internal system. The Provider informs the Client that detailed information regarding the handling of their personal data – including information on joint data control – is contained in the privacy policy, which forms an inseparable appendix to the present regulation.
