As a private individual
Even though I have known for a long time that I want to be a psychologist, during my university years, I started working in a completely different field, mainly on automation and offshoring projects. During this time, I experienced what it’s like to be part of a corporate system, to function as part of a group, and then to become a leader, which served as a tremendous self-discovery adventure. These experiences were accompanied by my studies and therapeutic self-discovery work, during which I realized that
this is a journey with no clear, static destination - we are constantly evolving, changing, wishing to let go of certain parts of our personalities and strengthen others.
I have also found myself at times trying at all costs to meet set expectations, to perform at my best, rigidly clinging to achieving each milestone. I forgot to rest, recharge, and tried to hypercritically transform those parts of myself I deemed undesirable. In such cases, experiences of failure can be accompanied by feelings of shame and worthlessness, and the celebration of successes may be missed, immediately focusing on the next hurdle.
I discovered that by turning towards myself with acceptance and curiosity, I could understand the background of my own functioning, become more confident in myself, and thereby live my daily challenges more balanced and connect with others more easily.
In my free time, I'm happy to do anything and nothing: I love traveling, discovering new worlds; hiking in nature and breaking away from everyday life; attending lively social events; but also spending the whole weekend reading and watching series. I also experiment with baking bread at home, with my trustworthy sourdough starter as my faithful companion, which I dutifully feed.

As a therapist
As a psychologist, I graduated from ELTE, with my theses (BA and MA) researching sexuality, and I would like to further my education in this direction.
I am close to the systemic approach, where we view the individual and their emerging challenges not just on their own, but within the web of their relationships and environment.
As the first step in systemic training, I participated in a 150-hour family and couples therapy self-awareness group.
I value the humanistic thought that within all of us lies the potential for growth and development, and the path to harnessing this is through knowing and accepting ourselves. I wish to create a safe, supportive space where there is an opportunity to honestly express and experience any thought, feeling, or emotion.
Finding the balance between studies, work, and private life was not easy for me either, so I learned autogenic training and mindfulness-based stress reduction for personal use. This way, I experienced how much help it can provide in daily life and relationships when effective stress management tools are available.
I work with topics such as developing self-awareness; managing emotions and stress; workplace and life management obstacles; interpersonal relationships and conflicts; as well as issues related to sexuality.
