As a private individual
From an early age, I have been fascinated by the diversity of the human soul and the intricate dynamics of human relationships. I consider myself lucky to have been able to apply my scientific interests through excellent professional programs at numerous prestigious institutions, and currently, I teach as an assistant professor in the psychology department at ELTE.
I love being a psychologist because it allows me to be part of others' growth, and I'm honored that people willingly entrust me with their most cherished thoughts and feelings. My journey as both a psychologist and an individual is characterized by curiosity and diversity, making me familiar with various life situations and roles. I have spent a significant time abroad, worked in competitive environments, as well as with those on the fringes of society. In my family roles, I am a mother, wife, and daughter, well-acquainted with the wonderful and challenging sides of these roles. If you feel lost in the maze of your life, I am happy to walk with you and help with commitments, resolving relationship and sexual issues, overcoming the challenges and losses of becoming a mother, dealing with the pitfalls of motherhood, and breaking free from the web of dependencies. I believe that we can only identify with our true values and goals once we have processed our past grievances, let go of unnecessary anxieties, and start to love who we truly are, instead of who others want us to be. I hope we can soon work together towards achieving a meaningful, complete life free from dysfunctional fears and pointless dependencies.
As a therapist
I work with adults who want to improve themselves and their relationships and are seeking guidance for this journey. I support this growth with a personalized, integrative toolkit, drawing from person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, schema therapy, sex therapy, mindfulness, and other solution-focused approaches.
