As a private individual
As a private individual, I have always been open to new experiences, and I have varied hobbies that give me the chance to continuously broaden my perspectives about the world. My hobbies include enjoying all forms of culture as well as ballet and hiking. These diverse activities and the people involved inspire me, bring forth new ideas, and contribute to me having a more open and flexible mindset.
The greatest strength for me comes from mountain hiking, which is one of the most effective ways for me to rejuvenate my soul.
Often, these present challenges that help me recognize and exceed my limits. On my paths, I have frequently faced my own fears and found that I am able to overcome them.
Since I was young, helping others has always brought me the greatest joy. Through my volunteer work, I have truly realized how important it is to support others, either indirectly or directly.
Additionally, I have personally experienced how much the presence, attentive care, and help of others can mean in properly processing grief and life difficulties.
I believe that everyone needs social support for the healing of emotional wounds.

As a therapist
I believe everyone has the potential for growth and emotional fulfillment, but sometimes the right coping strategies require personalized support.
In my work, a holistic and humanistic approach is crucial, as it aids those who reach out to me in better understanding and accepting themselves. During our sessions, I don't rely solely on conversation but also gladly use various assignments and creative techniques (e.g., OH cards). These are meant to help my clients later handle everyday challenges independently and effectively.
Every individual is unique, and the path required for development is not the same for everyone. I pay special attention to personal needs, life events, and emotions, whether concerning life guidance, relationship difficulties, or self-discovery work.
My aim is to support those who come to me in restoring mental balance, processing personal issues, and enhancing mental and emotional well-being.
By building on rational and flexible thinking, I support the development of problem-solving skills.
I am particularly drawn to working with grief and loss, which everyone experiences differently. I believe it is important for those grieving to freely express their emotions and process the pain related to their loss. I not only help ease the emotional burdens but also offer tools for processing the pain, keeping the memory of the departed while adapting to the new situation.
We can encounter loss experiences not only when grieving a loved one or pet. Various life events, like the end of a friendship or relationship, and life changes, such as moving, becoming an adult, or losing a job position, can all be loss experiences that may manifest as crises and need support.
I wish for you to understand yourself better with my help, and find those inner resources that move you forward and make your life more balanced.
