As a private individual
The workings of the human soul have always deeply intrigued me. What makes us who we are. How the past shapes us, and how we can draw strength from it – not to find fault, but to find meaning.
Self-awareness has come to mean a sense of home within myself. But I know it wasn’t always like this. There were times when it was painful to face the parts of myself I tried to hide for so long – and it wasn’t easy to accept that they are also part of me. Today, I believe these are what add depth to our connections.
I started as a teacher, then as a mother, the world of developmental psychology, children, and family dynamics became closer to me. Day after day, I saw the struggles parents face and how few safe spaces exist for asking questions. This led me to psychology, where with new tools, but the same intention, I am present: to help, understand, and support.
Nature, drawing, music, and animals have long been part of my life – just like my family, friends, and those quiet afternoons when we just talk, laugh, or share time together. These moments give me strength.
I know how much it matters to receive help at the right time and place. That's why I approach each person's story with deep respect and seriousness. I believe there is a path to change – and if someone is ready to take it, they don’t have to walk it alone.
As a therapist
I started as a teacher, trying to reach children through music to develop their personalities. I completed Klára Kokas' alternative music education training and several talent development programs. However, during teaching, it became increasingly clear to me that real help requires more – that's why I turned to psychology.
I earned my psychology degree at the University of Szeged, specializing in clinical and health psychology. I have been teaching in a music-focused elementary school for more than ten years, and I have been working as a school psychologist at the Bartók Béla Music High School for the past three years, mainly with teenagers and young adults. In my private practice, I work with clients of various ages – addressing issues like blockages, losses, anxiety, or self-awareness questions.
In my own life, I have also experienced how much it means to get support at the right time. I believe that change is possible – and that it requires a safe, supportive connection. In my helping work, I want to create this space: where there is room for experiencing, understanding, and the journey that leads back to ourselves.
In my methodology, I work with an integrative approach, and I'm close to cognitive behavioral therapy and existential psychology. I find it important not only to learn to survive but also to live. As humans, parents, partners – while not losing ourselves in the process.
