As a private individual
My interest in psychology started at a young age: as a teenager, I experienced how the right support for mental difficulties can bring about a huge change in one's life. Anxiety, lack of confidence, or panic are not unfamiliar to me, as I have faced these problems myself. Despite having a supportive environment, I often couldn't cope with these alone, which led me to involve a professional to explore these challenges. I am very pleased with this decision, as the collaborative work not only helped me deal with my problems but also greatly enriched my self-awareness. Thus, I could experience firsthand that
the help of a psychologist can provide not just a lifeline but a real step forward.
These experiences also motivated me to become a professional who offers support to others during difficult times.
I believe that self-awareness and inner work are essential for us to feel better, and there is always room for growth if we are persistent enough.
During the professional process, I strive to create a safe environment where those who turn to me can open up confidently, and we can work together to find the best path for them.

As a therapist
As a psychologist, I graduated from the ELTE, and currently I am expanding my knowledge with family and couple therapy methods, because
I find it important to understand difficulties not only individually but also in terms of our relationships and environment.
In my work, I always strive to ensure that those who turn to me receive not only professional help but also an empathetic, supportive space where they can bravely face their challenges. At the core of my psychological work is understanding, unconditional acceptance, and empathy. I believe that every single person is unique, and the therapeutic space must provide a secure, supportive environment where the client can work on their problems at their own pace.
Specializing in the areas of personal development, anxiety management, overcoming lack of self-confidence, stress management, and challenges in self-esteem, I believe significant changes can be achieved. In our joint work, we are partners, working together to reach the set goals, where we focus on uncovering the cause of the hindrance and discovering the internal resources that can help overcome difficulties and achieve growth.
During consultations, respect, trust, and honest support always guide me.
