As a private individual
For a long time, it was difficult for me to accept that due to my sensitivity, I experience both the depths and heights with full intensity. Moreover, my pursuit of perfection and my critical inner voice made me feel that I am never good enough, even when I give 110%, which caused enormous anxiety for me. This attitude made various areas of my life difficult for a long time, whether it was my relationships, studies, or work.
How can someone be confident and content if they constantly feel that they are not good enough?
One of the most defining moments of my self-discovery journey was realizing that the quality of my life is in my hands, and it is up to me how much I can fulfill in the things I love. For this, it is essential to dare to be vulnerable, to make mistakes, and to approach all of this with acceptance and support. This attitude helps me to harness my resources and feel that I have arrived at the end of my journey.
I love going to pilates, walking our dog, and hiking in nature. These are the moments in my everyday life when I can escape the noise of the outside world and truly recharge. Besides, connecting with my family and friends also gives me immense energy.
I believe that human relationships are healing in themselves, but if someone approaches us completely non-judgmentally, acceptingly, and supportively with their professional knowledge, it can be even more effective help for us. This is the support I can offer you.

For me, the most important thing is that our therapeutic relationship is a warm, supportive space where I welcome you with complete understanding and attention, without judgment. From experience, I know how easy it is to lose touch with ourselves, our desires, and our needs. The first step is always to create this reconnection so that you can rediscover your inner resources.
