As a private individual
Many people tell me that my energy is contagious, and honestly, it's my favorite compliment.
I grew up in Georgia, and when I turned 18, I started traveling. I've been to many places, lived in Sweden and Gibraltar, and now I'm in Hungary.
These days, commuting between Georgia and Hungary is my life. This means I am always at home... yet somehow not really at home anywhere.
This life is full of excitement, challenges, and sometimes a bit of homesickness too.
Living in different countries has taught me a lot: about adapting, understanding new perspectives, and how to connect with people from different backgrounds. I believe every challenge is an opportunity to discover what you're capable of. That's why I love solo trips, because nothing boosts your confidence like surviving unexpected travel chaos in a completely new city (spoiler: you're usually capable of much more than you think).
I have a very curious nature, I love learning (hence the PhD 😄). And I equally enjoy imparting knowledge. Teaching master's students at ELTE was one of the best parts of my job.
If I'm not traveling, I'm very likely dancing. For me, it's the best way to relieve stress. Mostly with friends. It's how I recharge and remind myself to enjoy the moment.

As a therapist
I know from personal experience how hard it can be to ask for help. If you’re reading this, you’ve already taken the first, very brave step.
I earned my master's degree in clinical and health psychology at Eötvös Loránd University, and I am currently pursuing PhD research in the field of clinical psychology and addiction studies. My main research area is self-injury (NSSI), and I also participate in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) training at the Beck Institute.
In therapy, I apply a collaborative, client-centered approach. Together, we explore thinking and behavioral patterns, identify unhelpful thoughts, and learn practical skills that you can use in everyday life.
Psychoeducation is an important part of my work. It helps you better understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect, and how conscious, small changes can lead to real, noticeable improvements.
What matters most to me is that throughout our work together, you feel supported, understood, and safe. While CBT is my basic framework, I always tailor my methods to your individual needs: we work with practical tools, coping strategies, and reflective tasks.
My goal is to equip you with tools you can rely on in everyday life, turning the results of our work into lasting, truly significant changes.
