As a private individual
Sports and competition have been a very important part of my life since childhood. As a young athlete, I had to stop playing football due to my legs, but I try to play basketball three times a week.
I love to challenge myself, which pushes me to learn and grow. Over the years, aside from team sports, this has also included chess, e-sports, and other intellectual challenges.
I love nature, hiking, and animals, whether in the wild or just beside the house. Thanks to our dog, I can experience daily how animals reflect our inner states.
As a private individual, I have always been interested in how to draw strength from difficulties and how to become the best version of ourselves—whether in sports or everyday life.
Generally, I believe it is especially important to find balance
in our often extreme world. So, alongside good performance, balance between work, sports, and private life is just as important to me.
From my own experiences, I know how important it is to nurture mental health to achieve this balance. This has become particularly true since, alongside our dog, my wife and I have been fortunate to raise our child.
I believe that life's greatest challenges also hold the greatest opportunities for growth. Additionally, I believe in continuous learning and development—in fact, I think that as a psychologist, it is a duty.

As a therapist
Throughout my career, I've learned that psychological well-being is not just about the absence of problems, but the ability to flexibly respond to challenges and find balance among the different areas of life.
I've been applying my psychology degree in the HR field for more than 12 years. I've worked focused on recruitment and, in the last 6-7 years, as an HR leader in IT companies. In this part of my life, just like under my psychology hat, I've been driven and motivated by helping colleagues unlock their potential.
In my work, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment that allows for open dialogue and honest self-reflection. This atmosphere enables my clients to emerge strengthened, with new skills and deeper self-awareness at the end of the process.
Thanks to my experiences in HR, I have a particularly good understanding of workplace dynamics and how they affect an individual’s performance and well-being. This makes me well-suited to help tackle challenges in professional life, whether it’s about stress management, team dynamics, or leadership challenges.
I am passionate about sports psychology because, in sports, mental preparation is often the invisible edge that distinguishes good from exceptional performance. By now, perhaps fortunately, it's a bit of a cliché, but everything really does boil down to the mind.
Relying on both domestic and international examples, I help athletes recognize and eliminate mental barriers, boost their motivation, and take those critical final steps that lead to success. Given mutual openness, I am eager to apply sports psychology methods to work with non-athletes as well. One such method, which is beneficial in many areas, is the autogenic training relaxation technique, which I thoroughly mastered during my specialized psychology studies and have successfully used myself ever since.
Due to personal interest, my sports psychology thesis was written on the relationship between sports, ADHD, hyperfocus, and peak performance. Together or separately, these topics are incredibly intriguing to me.
In line with my competencies, I am very open to addressing the issue and helping those with adult ADHD in mastering techniques and methods to aid their lifestyle.
