As a private individual
My life has undergone significant changes recently; I changed jobs and moved from the HR world to an elementary school as a school psychologist. My new position allows me to help those in need, and it provides more freedom in decision-making concerning my work, which opens up new horizons for me.
My personal interests include reading, traveling, and discovering new cultures. These hobbies not only offer relaxation but also continuously inspire and broaden my outlook. I believe that learning and discovering new things are among life's greatest gifts, and I strive to make the most of them.
One of my biggest fears is a fear of heights, which I experience as a major challenge. The war is still going on, but I won a battle when I visited the Bitexco Tower in Ho Chi Minh City. This experience not only gave me courage but showed me that I can face and overcome my own limits.

Every challenge and experience in my life has made me stronger, and it continually encourages me to learn and discover new things.
As a therapist
At Tabuk Villája, I primarily work with young adults seeking support during phases of their lives when they experience uncertainty regarding themselves, their relationships, their careers, or their future.
The most common topics they approach me with include anxiety, lack of self-confidence, pressure to conform, relationship difficulties, or challenges related to career choice. Many feel that they 'should know everything' – while actually being full of questions. Our work together begins by exploring and gradually uncovering these questions.
It is important for me to create a safe and accepting environment where people can openly talk about what they are experiencing. In my work, I often use OH cards, which help to deepen the understanding of inner processes and support the expression of feelings that are hard to articulate.

Currently, I am a participant in the counseling training of the Hungarian Person-Centered Association, which fundamentally shapes my perspective. My work is based on unconditional acceptance, empathetic presence, and the belief that every person is capable of change when they experience genuine attention and a safe connection.
Thanks to my previous HR experience, I am well-acquainted with the practical challenges of the work world, which helps me provide not only self-awareness support but also guidance in career orientation questions to those who approach me – whether it's about building a career, workplace difficulties, or changing fields.
I believe that authentic helper presence can only be achieved through continuous self-awareness work and professional development. Therefore, I regularly train myself to be a reliable support both personally and professionally for those who trustingly turn to me.
