As a private individual
Are you familiar with the feeling when you’re anxious, doubtful, and have no confidence in yourself at all?
Imagine that I am familiar with this experience too. Since childhood, I have been an extremely sensitive person who adapts well to others but has difficulty expressing my own feelings and thoughts. It was important for me to perform well and meet expectations – not only others' but my own as well. Striving for perfection seemed like a resource for a long time, but eventually, it became more of an obstacle in my life.
Anxiety, the fear of making mistakes, the terror of “not being good enough,” and the potential judgment from others slowly wore me out physically and mentally.
Change started in my life when I turned toward myself with more acceptance and awareness. What always helped was the joy of creating, gardening and the presence of animals – especially the company of dogs and horses. In these moments, I experience calmness and the presence in the here and now, where there are no expectations, just simple presence. My friendship and family relations provide similar strength for me. I believe that sincere and deep human connections, a conversation based on trust, can provide real support and help us find our way back to ourselves.
The greatest inspiration for me is that there is always something to learn. I believe that exploring the world also leads to a deeper understanding of ourselves. It's this continuous development that moves us forward and helps us see situations that once seemed insurmountable in a new light.
“The goal is the same: to find the meaning of human life in family, truth, fraternity, freedom, home, craft, love, human community.” /Saint-Exupéry/
I believe that self-awareness work is about this too: connecting with ourselves and others, finding what gives true meaning to our lives.

As a therapist
It's a soul-soothing feeling, after a long, gloomy, cold winter period, as the spring sun gently caresses our face. Its warmth doesn't rush or force, it is simply present, and it feels good to just be in it.
In my daily work, I strive to create a safe, supportive, accepting space similar to this feeling, where all your feelings and thoughts can be freely expressed, as “Only through sharing the common world can we understand each other's feelings and thoughts.” /Merleau-Ponty/
During my studies, I deeply engaged with topics of female reproductive health (endometriosis and infertility) and prenatal loss, making it especially close to my heart to assist those affected.
Furthermore, I work with healthy young adults (18-35 years old) who seek support for their challenges – whether it's life management, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, stress, anxiety, decision-making situations or other internal struggles.
Currently, I'm training in an active analytical mindset, which is more of an inclusive, open attitude than a strict methodology. This means that during our collaborative work, I'm not just listening to you, but I'm actively present for you - offering feedback, psychoeducation, shared thinking, and sharing feelings to help you gain a deeper insight into your own functioning.
I often use relaxation and somatic techniques (autogenic training, mindfulness, breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation), as well as cognitive tools that are more tangible and can help you find the inner balance in everyday life, beyond the counseling sessions.
