Hi! I’ve been at the point where you may be now too. I know what it’s like when you lie in bed at night, and even though you’re terribly tired, anxiety won’t let you sleep. I am familiar with staring at the ceiling, racing thoughts, and that suffocating feeling that something isn’t right, but you don’t know what to do next.

For a long time, I was also looking for a way out of this inner maze. I wasn’t “reborn” by magic, I simply started facing the things I had been sweeping under the rug until then.

It took a lot of patience, self-discovery work, persistence, and sometimes painful honesty with myself. Now I feel that anxiety no longer runs my life, and I want to show you this calm too.

When I’m not in the office, I like to see the world in its raw, honest form. I love setting off with my friends, getting lost in a good novel, or just soaking in the scenery with a coffee in my hand. Free dance is the place where I don’t have to play any role, I just get to exist; there I can truly be myself. If you come to me I won’t expect big words or ’ready-made’ insights from you. Just come as you are, and we’ll figure out the rest together.

As a therapist

I earned my degree in psychology at Károli Gáspár University, and I began my professional path at the Capital Pedagogical Service. There, a wide variety of intense cases from early childhood to young adulthood shaped the way I think. They all helped shape the supportive attitude I bring to my work today.

In my work, I mainly focus on supporting young adults who come to me with stuck points, emotional difficulties, or a desire for change.

Our shared work aims to bring clarity and build coping strategies that provide a stable foundation for balanced everyday life in the long run. I work with a present-focused approach, helping you learn self-soothing techniques, strengthen resilience, set personal boundaries, and practice effective, assertive communication. By learning the OH card method, I gained a tool that helps go beyond the limits of words and bring out the inner resources and imagination within you.

I believe that individual difficulties do not exist in isolation, so in our shared process we also look at family patterns and relationship dynamics, since these fundamentally shape how we function today.

I offer a space where you do not have to „behave well” or polish what you want to say. Your rawest honesty and your heaviest thoughts are welcome too, without having to defend yourself.

You are warmly welcome if you are looking for a respectful and committed companion on your journey, someone with whom you can work toward change without masks.
