The Role of Parents in Sports
Parents can have both positive and negative impacts on the career development of their child athletes. The attitude and behavior of parents towards sports and their child greatly influence the child’s commitment, diligence, confidence, and success. Finding common goals and interests aids in responsible decision-making, which defines the child’s current and future relationship with sports. Without the right support, it can lead to early burnout, affecting not only sports but also negatively impacting the child’s everyday life.
You Are in the Right Place If:
you want to support your child in the most effective and appropriate way;
you are curious about what extra value you can add to their athletic life and how you can motivate them;
you wish to help them handle and process failures and successes;
you aim to reduce their stress levels before training, competitions, and matches.
As an elite athlete, I can share with you how athletes think and behave when they perform their best and also when they perform their worst. Through my life journey, sports career, and experiences, I can help you support your child in building the mental skills that make them more productive and balanced. Remember, they carry their thoughts and the resulting behavioral patterns into every area of life, be it school, home, or any aspect of life.

The course is held online. It is specifically for parents of athletes aged 6-18.
For 22 years, I have been living in the world of sports, during which I have gained extensive experience in both competition and the mental preparation of athletes. I can fully understand and empathize with what an athlete goes through, their needs, thoughts, and feelings.
