As a private individual
The urge for adventure, curiosity, and a deep interest in people drive me forward – and this permeates my everyday life. I've always been interested in people – I remember pondering as a child, how can we be so different from one another? What shapes us into who we are? What could be behind human behavior? Back then, I didn’t know psychology was a profession, but I was already observing, asking questions, and trying to understand.
I could say that there was a straightforward path to becoming a psychologist, but – just like in stories – I had to go through a lot before I truly found my place.
Over the years, I increasingly felt something was not right – eventually, my body signaled it in the form of an autoimmune disease. This marked the beginning of my journey of self-discovery. As a psychologist, I also attended therapy, and first-hand experienced the healing power of unconditional acceptance and the therapeutic relationship.
In my free time, I recharge among horses – for me, they are living, organic mirrors. They respond to our every move, provide immediate feedback, and demand a presence from us that is a rare treasure in today's world. I believe I experience one of the most sincere forms of connection with myself through them – and this experience deeply influences my therapeutic work.
I'm fascinated by how multifaceted, contradictory, and unique human experiences are – and how everyone has their own reality worth exploring. This is what I aim to convey to my clients: that they shouldn’t just see the image of themselves that others project onto them, but explore who they truly are.

As a therapist
As a psychologist, I work with a person-centered approach incorporating cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic elements. I believe the key to change lies in a safe, empathetic relationship that allows the client to reinterpret past experiences and approach current challenges more flexibly.
In a person-centered approach, I support my clients with acceptance and empathy, helping them in personal growth and self-acceptance.
Cognitive-behavioral therapy helps clients recognize and change negative thought patterns, allowing them to handle stress and everyday problems more effectively.
The psychodynamic approach aids the client in understanding how unconscious conflicts and past experiences influence their current issues and how to recognize recurring patterns that hinder their development.
As a grief counseling consultant, I assist my clients in the emotional processing of losses—be it death, breakup, or job change. The unity of body and mind is important to me, which is why I sometimes incorporate relaxation and mindfulness practices into our work to support the client's overall development.
In addition to private practice, I conduct motivational interviews with doctors preparing to go abroad, helping them clarify their career goals, motivations, and personal strengths for successful adaptation to foreign work environments. This experience helps me better understand the workings of internal motivations.
During consultations, I primarily consider respect, trust, and sincere support as my fundamental compass, ensuring a safe and supportive space necessary for development.
