As a private individual

I have always been drawn to challenges, discovering the unknown, and testing my own limits. In 2021 I set off alone to Spain for an Erasmus semester, where I spent my first night in a car after it turned out that the apartment I had booked did not even exist. This unexpected crisis taught me that even in fear, I am able to act, find solutions, and stay calm in difficult situations.

Although I was anxious and reserved in larger groups at first, I still went for this experience. By the end of the semester, I had not only found a beautiful seaside apartment, but also many new connections and friendships.

Later, I also studied psychology in Utah, in the United States. At the beginning I felt lonely here too, but as I became more open and brave a multicultural circle of friends formed around me. We have stayed in touch, meeting again every year in different parts of the world.

Travel has been an important part of my life ever since. Last summer I traveled around Indonesia, including Bali and Lombok, completely on my own with a backpack. Every day I discovered new cultures, people, and experiences. The year before that I also visited India, where I took part in several yoga retreats.

Traveling alone and spiritual experiences gave me deep self-awareness and self-love. I learned to pay attention to my inner needs, handle uncertainty and fear, and trust that difficult situations can also hold opportunities for growth.

As a child I did competitive sports from age 6 to 18, which gave me discipline, perseverance and determination, so ending my sports career was a big challenge. I then had to learn how to use my suddenly large free time well and how to find new ways for personal growth.

Sport has always remained part of my physical and mental balance and now I use it to release not only physical but also mental tension, whether it is acroyoga, dance, boxing, or crossfit.

In my free time, I like painting, doing puzzles, building with LEGO, drawing, reading romance novels, and sometimes just relaxing with a good series or movie. These activities help me keep my inner calm and stay authentic in both my work and my personal life.

As a therapist

As a young adult and psychologist, I understand the challenges of 18–35 year-olds and children (5–18) very well.

I know what it’s like when the online world, social media, or relationship uncertainties (ghosting, situationships, Tinder/Bumble) make self-esteem and connection harder. I have been through similar situations myself, so I understand what it feels like when there's conflict between the outside world and inner reality.

I have been working as a school psychologist for more than two years, and behind every problem there is a personal story and unique feelings.

Through school experiences I truly understood the complexity of teenage crises, self-confidence issues and social relationship difficulties, and that support extends not only to the person, but also to their environment.

In my work, I find it important to use creative and playful tools.

With children, I often work with drawing, play, and stories, while with adults, relaxation, meditation, creative, and self-awareness exercises support our work together.

Body–mind connection is important to me: movement, sport, yoga, and meditation are tools that can help regulate stress, tension, and emotions, and strengthen inner balance and self-confidence.

Before that, I worked in HR at a multinational company, where I also saw how workplace stress, performance expectations, and relationship dynamics work. This experience allows me to work with adults in a relevant way on career, work-life balance, or everyday life dilemmas.

Besides that, I also expanded my professional knowledge in an international environment. During my Erasmus semester in Spain, I got insight into modern psychological approaches and into how professionals work in different cultures. During my study semester in the United States, I also met more practical and creative approaches to psychology, especially methods based on relaxation and the body–mind connection. I try to bring these experiences into my everyday work as well.

The heart of my profession is empathy, safety, and human connection, because we get many of our wounds through our relationships, and they can also be healed through human connection.

I help you find your way with self-confidence, self-knowledge, feeling stuck, finding your place in the world, and workplace and relationship challenges, while supporting growth with practical methods and creative tools.

I warmly welcome you if you are ready to step bravely onto the path of change and discover the strength within you for growth and inner harmony.
