As a private individual
As a child, I truly believed that mind reading was the best superpower to exist even though I was sometimes scared of the idea. I worried that if I could actually hear the random thoughts about me in other people's heads, they might not be very kind.
As the middle child, I quickly got labeled as the “difficult one,” and perhaps that is exactly why, as an adult, I tried so hard to become an “easy” person.
For a long time, this desire to please others haunted me, which eventually led to anxiety, self-esteem issues, and constant pressure to perform, but in the end, these very difficulties also set me on the path to my profession.
Alongside my university years, my own therapy experience fundamentally reshaped my self-discovery journey. There I understood that familiar and well-known things may seem safe, but real growth always begins outside the comfort zone. I had to learn to recognize my own needs and set my boundaries, even when it felt scary at first.
What really helps me switch off is spending time with my friends and family. For me, relaxation means simple moments like cooking at an easy pace, going for a run together, or watching a series. I think humor and an honest conversation sometimes heal more than any complicated theory. At the same time, I also need time alone; that's when my headphones and music help me quiet down and practice the kind of gratitude that helps me keep things in perspective.

As a therapist
I know that before asking for help, many people feel uncertain or cautious, so I always adapt our shared process to your needs. It is important to me that we work in an environment where you can open up at your own pace.
I follow the approach of positive psychology, which means that alongside difficulties, I also place great emphasis on your existing strengths and on the solutions that already work. I often add exercises to our conversations that you can build into your life, so change becomes easier for you to follow in your daily rhythm.
During my studies, I spent a lot of time exploring how we connect with one another, and what the invisible patterns are that shape our surroundings. I am currently training in an approach related to family and couples therapy, because I see that individual blockages become clearest within the system of our relationships. I help you map out your inner world, and how these processes show up in your relationships with others.
In my work as a school psychologist, supporting teenagers and young adults has become close to my heart, since this stage of life can bring many questions and burdens.
I’d be happy to hear from you if you feel that performance pressure, anxiety, or low self-esteem is holding you back. I can also help if you are dealing with questions about your identity, or if you feel stuck in your friendships and family relationships.
My goal is to help make your own reactions and behavior clearer to you. I would like our work together to leave you feeling less tense, and able to handle the stressful situations in your life with a steadier inner balance and more confidence.
