As a private individual

Since childhood, I've been known for my sensitive observation of how people around me function. I've always tried to understand what others' behaviors truly mean, what stories lie behind their reactions, or what my environment expects from me. Over time, I realized that I was increasingly trying to meet the needs of others. Because of this, I often pushed my own needs into the background.

I traveled a long way before I found the balance between paying attention to others and staying true to myself.

I have personally experienced how difficult it is to recognize and set our own boundaries. These experiences, along with my studies and my own therapeutic experiences, taught me that connecting with others is a valuable and important part of our lives, yet we must also know how to represent ourselves in it.

In my free time, I enjoy discovering places where the presence of art and history can be felt. Whether it's music, architecture, photography, or films, I'm always amazed by how there is someone's thought, feeling, story behind every creation, allowing us to connect more closely with each other. For me, art means this connection:

expressing ourselves freely, even with our difficulties, in a way that touches something in others.

As a therapist

I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself has genuine healing and developmental power. In my work, I strive to provide an atmosphere where you feel no need to meet any expectations and can simply be yourself.

I consider it important that during our shared work, we have the time and opportunity to pause a little, see the processes within us more clearly, and move towards change at your own pace.

This is why the person-centered approach is particularly close to me. According to this methodology, we are all capable of growth, where unconditional acceptance, empathy, and authentic presence can provide support.

My professional thinking is also shaped by the psychodynamic perspective, which helps to understand more deeply which past experiences, patterns, and unconscious processes might be linked to our current blockages. Often, just recognizing these can bring relief.

I find it important to draw from as many approaches as possible in my work, as everyone comes with their own story. Together, we can find the approach that best supports you in deepening your self-awareness.

I sincerely believe that every person is unique and valuable, and that our difficulties do not define us.

I strive to develop and educate myself to accompany my clients most effectively through this process. I am happy to address topics such as deepening self-awareness, lack of self-confidence, family and relationship difficulties, life management challenges, or anxiety and stress management.

I think change often begins when someone finally hears us. It is a courageous step to allow ourselves to express what's within us. If you feel it would be good to share what you carry, I would be happy to accompany you on this journey.
