As a private individual

Even as a child, I knew I would be an explorer. Back then, I couldn't quite see where or how my path would lead, but I was sure that the world exists so we can discover as much of it as possible. I never lacked a sense of adventure: whether it involved an interesting event, unique food, distant lands, or discovering other cultures. This curiosity quickly became apparent in personal relationships too — I realized it was just as exciting to get to know people, to explore our feelings and growth, as it is to understand the world.

Moreover, getting to know ourselves, developing and understanding our personalities is at least as exciting - if not more so - a lifelong task.

This curiosity eventually led me to the profession of psychology. During and after my university years, I was interested in many things: I lived and worked in various countries

and experienced what it’s like to lay the foundations of a new life alone in foreign cultures.

These valuable experiences reinforced my belief that although the journey of self-discovery can be challenging, it is essential for understanding our inner motivations, thoughts, and feelings—so that ultimately we can live an authentic, fulfilled life.

In my free time, travel remains a part of my life; I love being in nature, hiking, climbing mountains, discovering exciting places—both at home and abroad. Yet, it often happens that I sit on the couch, engrossed for hours in a work of literature and carry a sentence I've read with me for days.

I am attracted to new cultures: the food, music, languages, regions—everything that is different and new.

A beautiful sunset is one of the surest ways to calm even the toughest days. For years, I danced, and music is a part of my everyday life. Animals—especially dogs—play a significant role in my life. They have an incredible healing power.

With my Mudi dog, we explore the path of animal-assisted therapy; I often say that perhaps we psychologists are still needed only because dogs can’t talk yet…

As a therapist

My work stands on three pillars: the unity of work, family, and self-awareness. Besides being a psychologist, I spent several years working in the world of work and organizations, in HR, within the dynamic environment of start-ups and in the structures of large corporations alike.

Since work is an integral part of our lives, the work environment can significantly affect our quality of life, leaving its mark on other areas of our lives too.

During self-awareness work, we try to balance these challenges, and I aim to provide support in this joint effort.

Additionally, as a psychologist and from my experience, I know that life cycle transitions such as becoming a family and parenting can create deep, often crisis-like situations that rewrite identity, roles, and the rhythm of everyday life.

That’s why my key topics are career building, work-life balance, excelling in an international environment, as well as the turning points of motherhood and family life.

My perspective is most strongly shaped by a systemic approach, and currently, I am participating in couple and family therapy training.

In our joint process, we work together in an accepting and supportive environment where I use cognitive behavioral therapy tools, schema therapy, self-awareness exercises, and organizational psychology approaches — to make this internal journey clearer and easier together.
