People often tell me that my energy is contagious - and honestly, it’s my favorite compliment.
I grew up in Georgia, and after I turned 18, I started traveling. I’ve been to a loooot of places, lived in Sweden and Gibraltar, and now Hungary.
These days, I share my life between Hungary and Georgia, which means I’m always home… and somehow never really home at the same time.
This makes my life a mix of excitement, challenge, and sometimes homesickness.
Living in different countries has also taught me a lot about adapting, understanding new perspectives, and connecting with people from different backgrounds. I believe that every challenge is a chance to see what you’re capable of. That’s why I love solo trips - nothing boosts your confidence like surviving unexpected travel disasters in a new city (spoiler: you’re usually way more capable than you think).
I’m naturally curious and love learning (hence my PhD 😄). And just as much as I enjoy learning, I love sharing knowledge. Teaching MA students at ELTE has been one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
When I’m not traveling, you’ll probably find me dancing. For me, it’s the best stress reliever. Usually with friends. It’s my way of recharging and reminding myself to enjoy the moment.

Szakemberként
From personal experience, I know how hard it can be to ask for help. If you’re reading this, you’ve already taken a brave step.
I hold an MA in Clinical and Health Psychology from Eötvös Loránd University and am currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology and Addiction Science. My primary research focuses on Non-suicidal Self-injury (NSSI), and I am also training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) through the Beck Institute.
In therapy, I take a collaborative and client-centered approach. Together, we will explore patterns in your thinking and behavior, identify unhelpful thoughts, and practice practical skills that you can use in everyday life.
A significant part of my approach is psychoeducation, which helps you understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected, and how small, intentional changes can lead to meaningful improvements.
Most importantly, I want you to feel supported, understood, and confident throughout our work together. While CBT is my primary framework, I adapt my approach to fit your unique needs, combining practical tools, coping strategies, and reflective exercises.
My goal is to give you tools you can lean on in everyday life, so the progress we make together turns into lasting, meaningful change.
